About Jim Sullivan
I began my real estate career with Plaza Real Estate in July 2004, after
retiring from AT&T with over 25 years of management in Business Communications.
Prior to AT&T, I was Director of Telecommunications & Data Networking
at Wichita State University for over 10 years. (Go Shocks!) My years of
experience in the ever-changing business environment, has really helped
me hit the deck running in real estate. I've utilized my acquired
skills, such as keeping the customer first, detailed business communications,
project management, continuous learning, and truly listening to the customer
to keep me on a successful path as a Realtor.

I'm proud to say that in 2005, my first full year in real estate,
I reached my goal of over $5 million in closed sales and completed the
required education hours and work from the Graduate of Real Estate Institute
to earn the GRI designation. In February of 2006, I completed the course
work and passed the test and I am now a candidate for ABR, Accredited
Buyer's Representative. Finally some credentials other than AARP!
My success so far has been from the great clients that I've had
the good fortune of working with and the referrals that they've given
me. I'm eternally grateful and hope that you'll allow me to
help you too! Due to my client's support, I have been recognized
with a "2005 Masters Circle Award". This is the highest award
for sells volume, presented by the Wichita Area Association of Realtors.
2006 will be a challenging year, with interest rates on the move and
an increasing trend of foreclosures. Keep in mind: home ownership is America's
best investment. My most satisfying real estate sale last year was to
a teenager. There's no doubt in my mind that he's enjoying good
tax savings, building equity, and establishing self-worth this year. Keep
in mind that first-time home buyer bond money is available.
If you or anybody you know, (friend, family or neighbor) are thinking
about buying or selling a home, please call or email me as you can be
rest assured that I will take good care of you or any
one that you might refer to me.
